Why METL

METL comes from the word mettle: a term used to describe a person’s strength of character, especially when tested by pressure, difficulty, or adversity.

We shortened the word, but not the meaning.

It represents who you are when things get hard.

METL is not about hype, ego, or motivation.

It’s not about being loud or being naturally gifted.

But for people who build confidence through preparation, consistency, and effort.

METL represents a way of training, but also a way of living.

It reflects the journey, the setbacks, the growth, the work, and the values built along the way.

Strength isn’t given.
Confidence isn’t given.
Trust in yourself isn’t given.

It’s earned.
